Jason BROWN

In the summer of 2016 my whole world changed. After teaching full time for 19 years I was no longer in the classroom. My marriage of 15 years came to an end. I moved into a new home, and in many ways I started my life over. I had to re-examine who I was and who I wanted to be. This included my musical life. I had been playing in cover bands for several years, but the joy in it was slowly fading away. I felt stuck in a musical rut and had no idea how to get out. That is when a friend sent me a link to a Facebook group called “Lightworker Musicians Tribe”. The administrator of this group was none other than Emily! 

I resonated with Emily and the group immediately and I quickly enrolled in Emily’s mentorship program. This experience changed my life as I was empowered to overcome the limitations I had placed on myself through fear and insecurities. I was able to overcome the self doubt surrounding my ability as a musician and songwriter. I gained the courage to be more vulnerable and open in my songwriting and performances.  

Going forward, my approach together with Emily is to play from the heart to the heart of our listeners. It is our goal to provide a musical experience that taps into the inner child and dreams of our audience and leave them inspired to make them come true.
